Kalvebod Shooting Centre
The training facilities in Copenhagen are quite good and today I have an outdoor range near the centre of Copenhagen. Copenhagen shooting range has two IPSC ranges, four 25m ranges, one falling target range, tree 40m ranges and many rifle ranges. It is a paradise for shooters and DSF Copenhagen has perfect opportunities to train and make competition. I normally train on the two small IPSC ranges that have a dimension of 15*15 meters. Here I can do my basic training and we have a lot of range equipment so you can build stages for more advanced training.

Frederiksberg Indoor Shooting RangeNear the centre of Frederiksberg (Copenhagen) I have a nice indoor shooting range where I can shoot 9mm FMJ on 8-15 meters. It is perfect in the winter time where it is cold and dark outside. I use small classic targets because of the relative short distance.

Holmens training facilitiesOnly 5km from the shooting range I have my other training area Holmen a military facility that is a small part of the Royal Danish Navy. I have a life membership in the Royal Danish Navy Sports Association so I can train every day all year round for only 40 Euro a year. I have been training for many years and it’s an important part of my life. I normally run around Christiania or on the running track inside the military area. I also train my physics in the gym were I uses machines and my own body.
Sometimes when the weather allows it I swim in the harbour (near the little mermaid) or going around the harbour in kayak. Holmen is my own little paradise and I love to train there – we have a sauna with harbour view!
